REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your skincare as much as we do. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help. While we aim for perfection, we acknowledge that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you've received an incorrect product or an incomplete parcel, we're committed to making it right.
Should you need to return an item, please contact us at cs@plustem.shop within 30 days of receiving your goods. Returned items must be unopened. Please be aware that products not in their original packaging, damaged, defective, incomplete, or without the Plustem labels and gifts are not returnable.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products.

Please note that the original shipping and handling costs of your order are non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 working days from the moment we receive the returned items.
